Vera's POV.

He was here! I realize as I roll around my bed.

He was here there’s

no doubt about that. That means he’s

back. I can smell his masculine scent accosting the air. I felt it the moment his fingers preyed on my skin.

I was half aware, though. I thought it was happening in my dream because I was practically dreaming about him but then the fingers swept again and again.

I cunningly stirred and heard when he backed away. He didn’t want me to know he was here. Or maybe he didn’t want to wake me up. Too bad I found out.

That moment he touched me, my whole body was on fire. My core started humming with need, so strong it almost drove me crazy.

I nearly opened my eyes and begged him to at least sink a finger into me and quench the fire but I just pretended to know why my daddy was here.

Unfortunately, he didn’t

do more than he initially did and that left my heart gaping with sorrow.

Am I not attractive enough for him to desire me? Oh, fuck.
