Melody's POV:

"You are going on a date." Amelia snatched the book I was reading, from my hands.

I was sure, the librarian would come any second asking her to shut her mouth. She was talking way too loudly. Especially gibberish like this.

"I didn't understand you." I took my book back.

"I arranged a date for you, Mel." She said with a smile.

I looked at her and blinked.

"Well, it's actually a double date. Oliver's friend coming along." She sat down in front of me. "It's Justin."

I kept looking at her.

"I'm not going on a date with Justin." I said in a low voice, aware of the stare, the librarian was giving us.

"Why?" She asked.

I thought about a valid reason, but nothing came. Justin was probably one of those guys in our college who had everything. Looks, personality and...girls.

And I could not.

"I'm not asking you to actually date him. I'm just trying to divert your mind." She added.
