Chapter 37: Resignation Letter

"Baby, hush, look, mommy wants to show you something," I said when Sam's sobbing in my chest subsided.

He looked up at me. "What, Mommy?"

I laid him on the bed. “Just wait, baby. Mommy will just get something.”

I immediately rummaged through the albums inside my mini cabinet. Where our important family papers are also kept.

I put down all the albums I got in the cabinet. I think it was time to let him know about my family. And here on these old albums, I’ll start everything.
