Chapter 23: Explanation

[Brad POV]

I had been looking for Charmane everywhere but I don’t know where to find her. Bea took her dahil may pag-uusapan lang daw sila sandali. But it had been ten minutes since they left. Kanina pa rin ako halos paikot-ikot sa buong paligid. So, I decided to go back to our table, only to find out na nandoon na pala siya with Albert and Amanda.

I smiled as I walked to their direction. They did not notice me because they were busy chatting.

“Hey, guys. Parang naririnig ko yata ang pangalan ko sa usapan ninyo.” Napatingin ang dalawa sa akin. “Siniraan n’yo na agad ako sa kanya?” I saw Charmane’s pale face. She froze when she heard my voice.

“That’s not true, Brad. We built you a good image to Charm,” sagot ng dalawa.

I just shook my head and smiled. “Good. You, saan ka ba nagsusuot? Kanina pa kita hinahanap. And where is Bea?” tanon
