I sat on my desk compiling up some documents.

 

I have to quickly tidy up my work so as to get home early.

I really need to see how my children are faring.

Molly called me that she has to go out for a business and would come back in the evening so all I keep thinking about is my kids.

I hope they are doing fine.

I picked up my phone and dialed Mia’s number but it’s not going.

“What might be wrong??” I thought with a frown.

I dialed it again but still the same.

It’s telling me her phone was switched off.

“Gosh! What’s all this? Why isn’t her number going?” I spat dropping my phone on the table.

“Maybe I should just try calling Kelly’s number,” I thought and picked it up again.

I dialed his number and shortly afterward, he picked.

“Hello Mum,” I heard Mia’s voice.
