CHAPTER 26: Going To LONDON

I had just come back home after my regular basketball practice. The atmosphere seemed to be a bit tense at home as if they were discussing something important. I decided to give them their space and walked towards my room but as soon as they saw me, Dad had a worried and tense expression on his face and by looking at Mum it felt as if I was about to receive the worst news of my life.

She informed me we had to go to London as they had to attend an Annual Summit organized by their main investor. I was very disappointed, thinking this year for my eighteenth birthday I won't be able to have a grand party inviting everyone but that's when Mumma highlighted the main point its only them who will be going and me and Eva can have a huge party at home or at any resort as I wish.
