33~Two Alpha Lycans In A Brawl

Aurora's POV

“Are you even listening to me?” Zane exclaimed, making me snap my head to him.

“Were you saying something?” I asked sheepishly. I had been caught up in my thoughts that I didn't realize he was talking to me.

Zane stared at me for a moment. He plopped down beside me on the couch. This was the first time I've ever been to his house. When I asked for his mother he said she had gone to the pack house to hang out with her friends.

I just couldn't stay alone at home. Flashes of last night kept swirling in my head. I needed a place to think and breathe properly. When I was finally done with my chores at Kaizen's house, I left the house as fast as I could.

“Something is wrong. Tell me.” Zane demanded looking very serious. I knew what was going to happen if I told him what Kaizen did but I was too hurt to care. Maybe it would make me feel better if someone else hurt him? Pathetic move, I know.
