"W-what did you say?"
Derek and Alvic were both shocked. Gulf starts getting teary. He nodded and took his dada's hand.
"Mommy is alive. Grandpa saved her. He finally saved her from that devil," Gulf said.
"What happened?" Derek asked.
"James kept him all these years. He put mommy to sleep. Leo worked for him to spy what he was hiding and that's how grandpa knows that mommy is alive.
James wanted to use mommy against us to get what he wants but fortunately, grandpa saved mommy and exposed that bastard's true self," Gulf told his dad.
Derek is beyond mad but at the same time relieved and happy that his wife is alive and well.
He hugs his son and rubs his back. "We will make him pay, son. I promise you," Derek said.

Kanatha Chapter 30
Gulf woke up from a dream. A bad one. He dreamt about Nattalie and his mama. They are angry with him. They wish him to die. This is the first time he has dreamt like this. He gets off the bed like a robot and lets his feet drag him somewhere. The guards saw him and they silently watched him, making sure he's safe. They are less worried when their don arrives. Mew carried him back to their room. He cleaned Gulf's feet because he was barefoot. Gulf starts squirming and whimpering. "Love, wake up. It's just a dream. Come on, love." Mew is gently shaking him. Gulf opened his eyes slowly and the moment he saw Mew's face, he starts crying hard. "Love, stop crying. I'm here. Come on," Mew keeps on muttering until Gulf calms down. "I'm sorry. As they enter the house, Mew pulled Gulf's hand to ask something. But before he can ask, Gulf's attention was stolen away by someone. "Baby boy," the voice said. "Dada!" Gulf let go of Mew's hand. The latter was shocked hearing and seeing the man his fiancé is hugging. His eyes almost popped out from its sockets. Alvic chuckled while watching his reaction. "Derek Trion," Shion uttered, snapping the father-and-son in their bubbles. Derek stared at him before releasing his son from his hold. "Shion Jensen. The boy who made my little Kana, cry. Even when you were little, you made my baby's nose running from crying," he said. Shion gulped. He is nervous facing his soon-to-be father-in-law. He glances at his boyfriend who he finds trying hard to hold his laughter. "Uhm- "I'm just kidding, relax," Derek said. Gulf went to him and hold his hands. In a secluded place in the outskirts, away from the people's eyes, James and his men are hiding. His life was turned upside down. The only token of his success was stolen away from him once again.
