Leaving for training tomorrow

Hardin's POV

“You need to trust me and allow Jim to train you. He is the best at it.” I said, and she heaved a sigh, patting her hair to the back as she remained quiet. I waited anxiously for her to talk, but she didn't, and the silence began to grow longer. I cleared my throat, but she did not seem to want to talk to me at the moment.

“Freda say something,” I said, and she tilted her head to look at me, heaving a sigh before talking.

“What do you want me to say?” She asked in a low tone, and I forced out a breath. I did not like the way that she was being stubborn about the whole issue. If only she knew that I was doing all these in her interest. She would have agreed a long time ago.

“I am not pleading with you, neither am I asking you for permission. I am telling you now that Jim is going to be your trainer, and you don't have a choice about it.” I said with finality in my tone, and she cleared her through slightly to talk.
