I was only bruised but L'Angelo had a bandage wrapped around his arm. He didn't even look like someone in pain. He was scrolling through his phone, oblivious to the treatments given to him and me? I was whimpering every now and then even when I wasn't even touched by any of the nurses..

It hurts, everywhere hurts. Papa had always made sure things like this never happened to any one of us. He made sure we stayed away from his business. I looked over at L'Angelo and he was staring at me.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Your brother will be here soon to get you. Where's your bag?" He asked.

"Downstairs." I replied.

"Do you have rooms like these prepared for emergency?" I couldn't help but ask.

He had a room, sorry not a room, like I had mentioned before. He had an entire house that was just for medical emergency calls. The man was fucking loaded.
