Chapter Nine

Ariel walked into the house and immediately knew something was wrong, okay, she has felt the difference for a couple of days now even going to weeks but this hits different, she realized she hasn’t really seen her parents since they last fought two weeks ago, even though they had different times and barely saw each other before, this was much more different because before she could still catch a glimpse of them in passing but she hasn’t seen neither her dad nor her mom since she told them she didn’t want to have anything to do with them.

“You are just being paranoid, she said as she walked off towards their room and opened the door, the room was left unkempt, it was a usual sight in her parent's room so that wasn’t the problem, she got in and felt something was odd about how scattered the room was like they packed.

“You are just tired, you need to rest,”

She told herself as she got out of the room, went to her room, and lay on the bed, she was so exhausted from working throughout the
