FATE
I moved closer to Trevor and sat after heaving a deep sigh. "Calm down," I said this time, yawning out of the desire for rest.
"If you know what's going in my mind right now, you will not tell me to calm down," Trevor said with his eyes fixed on the floor. He then cupped his face with his hands.
"Is it about the proposal?" I demanded and pulled out a bottle of cold water for him from the refrigerator.
"You know about it?" he asked after taking his hands away from his face. He was stunned.
Stephanie told me about it." I replied and kept the water bottle beside him on the bed. I took off my shoes and climbed the bed.
"Did she tell you that they want me to stay back with them in this city? Are they crazy?"
"Stop yelling." I hushed him and ran to shut the door.
