NORAThe sound of plates and forks filled the air as they settle discourse on the table. It was a busy morning that day, waitresses and waiters keep going back and forth attending to orders and clearing tables. Nora clears her throat as she gulps down a glass of juice, she can feel his eyes on her, stinging her like a little fire placed behind her earlobe, but she finds it hard to meet his gaze. SUSANThe alarm buzzed for the third time, this time itgets louder as it is nonstop, Susan stretches herhand out of the duvet to put it off. She feels tooweak to get up to prepare for work, not after thewhole drama and chaos she experienced overnight. SUSANSusan arrived at the International Airport five minutes before her requested time elapsed. With her phone in one hand, she hangs tightly onto the bag on her side with the other hand as she walks around, scanning and searching with her eyes for anyone who could look like Henry as she keeps dialing his number. She knows she is too nervous to drive so she had to get a cab down, while in the cab, she made sure she looked at his pictures on her phone more than a hundred times so as not to mistake somebody else for Henry. CHICHIChichi stretches and yawns as she wakes up, she clears her throat and says good morning to Susan who was supposed to be on the bed with her but it's rather filled with fluffy pillows. SUSANSusan listened to Henry receive and make calls all through their ride home, it got irritating at some point that she wished she had given him the work excuse when he called her this morning to request that she picked him up at the Airport.
