CHAPTER 51 - GONE

Tyler's words were a little bit of a source of comfort but the letter communicated danger. "So you all are witch hunting or what? I thought you could not stand witches or wizards?" I asked Axel.

It was a wizard's note which meant they had been writing to one, that was quite new if I was familiar with Dante and Axel or even Tyler and Alexia.

"We did not." Tyler responded. "I found the note on the floor after my little exercise with Nirson earlier. I suspect he must have."

"This keeps getting better in my opinion," I picked the third cookie but Alexia snatched it from my hand and moved the tray away.

"Enough already," she rolled her eyes at me but I ignored her.

"Fine, just one last one" I held up a hand to her and she passes me the tray. I picked two instead of one and scooted away from her reach when she tried to stop me.

"Zephyr!" Alexia called but we were all already laughing at her response.

"Leave him be Alex, he is not worth the stress. His mate would deal with a toothless
