Andreas noticed a shift in Eleanor's mood. It had started after the cotton candy escapade. She wasn't as vibrant anymore and from the way Leo leaned in to speak in her ear with a frown on his face, he could tell that Leo noticed too. What could have caused it? He was looking for a way to get his arm out of Alexandra's hold but she wasn't letting up, as she continued pointing out things to him and randomly speaking. Andreas felt her body accept the air, only to give it back once he pulled away. The only reason he kept trying vigorously, was because that little spark kept breaking through the haze to meet him.
