Mrs. Douglas and Harriet sat in the waiting room of the hospital, anxiously awaiting news about Larissa and her baby.

The doctor had just informed them that the baby boy was in perfect health, but they couldn't help but worry about the well being of their dear friend.

"I just can't believe Stanley would lie about something like this," Mrs. Douglas said, her voice filled with concern. "He seemed so genuine when he told us about Larissa's baby and how sick he was."
