Chapter 2014 The Corse Gas

Everything in this place seemed very dated unlike other places in the outside world. So, it came as no surprise that the kids were given such traditional names. In the countryside, it was common practice to give babies strange names so that they were less likely to get sick while allowing their parents to raise them easier.

The two followed the little boy and headed to the village. The sun was nearly setting. Over time, the sky had grown dark.

The two noticed an old lady with silver hair running in their direction in a panic as soon as they arrived in the village.

“Grandma!” Abraham immediately approached the old woman after spotting her.

As soon as he got close to the old lady, she raised her hand and repeatedly smacked his butt. “You brat!” she yelled. “I told you repeatedly to stop fooling around! Stop scurrying about! It’s going to get dark soon! I told you that you can’t stay outside at night fall! Why won’t you listen to me?”
