I couldn't comprehend what was driving me out of the house again, repeatedly remembering the name of the hospital James had mentioned. Was there a mistake somewhere? I was so certain that I was the woman Adrian had encountered that day at the hotel. If I wasn't the one, why did they recognize me the other day? If I wasn't the one, why did I recognize the hotel room? The pieces of the puzzle just wouldn't fit together. I was convinced that I was the woman, and an unspoken anger surged within me at the thought of meeting this strange lady at the hospital.

Lost in my thoughts, I inadvertently passed the hospital. Realizing my mistake, I needed to turn around since I couldn't just let the road I had already traveled go unchecked. Exiting my car, I hurriedly walked inside.
