Kalen's toes curled underneath his shoes as he struggled to break free from the powerful chain that was wrapped around his neck. The longer it took a hold in there, the faster he was losing his breath.

Tarah, on the other hand, was already feeling numb and her breath became shorter and shorter. However, despite being hopeless against the power of the evil, both of them didn't stop from doing their best to get rid of it.
