It was the day of Mayor Develin’s and Betty's wedding and it was the talk of the town!

“And then what exactly, Griss? He will probably kidnap some more of ours or kill them on the spot, or even worse, kill Betty on the spot! No! I will not risk her or anybody else's safety for that matter!
