One peculiar season that never deludes members of the Air Pack, was the moon goddess festive season; a day set aside to celebrate the impact of divinity on their pack members. As the day drew near, Hercules knew that things needed to be placed in order as he hoped that this year's celebration would be spectacular than the previous ones.Martin and himself had set out to look at the means possible in hosting the event and other miscellaneous activities that could be used in setting up a grand celebration. While Hercules was listening to Martin's suggestion, his eyes caught up with his sister and of course, his low life mate. The sight of Audrey tends to irritate him and despite a nagging part of him, always urging to accept what the moon goddess had set in place, Hercules was more concerned about his reputation.Audrey had noticed the Alpha along with Martin and was certain he had seen them. What surprised her however, was how May's body language seemed to have changed the moment they
"I was told by my daughter that you know how to massage the body." The queen said, after a moment of tensed silence."Yes My Queen." Audrey replied, bowing her head in respect."Very well then, I need you to work your magic on my toes." The queen commanded and immediately, Audrey walked over to her side and set out to work. The queen was sitting on the bed and this meant she had to go down on her knees and work."You are May's must trusted servant. I need you to be honest with me; how has May been for the past days?" The Queen asked, after a couple of minutes of Audrey, massaging her legs. For a moment, Audrey was stunned by the question. She didn't know whether it would be appropriate to explain to the queen, how May had not been herself for a day."Things have been pretty much okay....I guess" Audrey muttered some incoherent words underneath her breath, for saying the last words."I see why she hired you to be her servant. You are interestingly smart." The Queen commented as Audre
Audrey held her chest as she turned around to Alexandros standing right behind her, with a smile on his face. "It is clear you have a crush of some sort on him. Why don't you tell him?" Audrey rolled her eyes inwardly. "That's my problem to deal with and for the record, I don't have a crush on him....." She folded her hands and gave Alexandros a weird look."...Which brings me to the question, what in the world are you doing here anyways? Last time I was here, you were here as well." Audrey observed Alexandros seemed to want to tell Audrey a piece of information."Nothing." He voiced out, making Audrey to raise an eye brow at him. "I just thought it was quite suspicious seeing you stalk him." Audrey could see so much ingenuity in what he had said, but she chose to let it slide."Very well then, I will be on my way." Audrey walked past Alexandros, but before she could've walk far, she heard her name. "Audrey." She turned around and again Alexandros seemed to be conflicted on a certai
When Audrey arrived at the kitchen, she attempted catching her breath as she was hyperventilating. How on earth could Anna, the one person who had made her life a living hell be at the table. Suddenly Audrey realized there was no sign of Alpha Brandon; her previous Alpha and that explains Anna's presence."Have you seen a ghost of some sort?" Audrey almost broke the cup as a voice pulled her back from her distressed thought. She turned around and calmed her nerve temporary seeing Bradley step inside."Don't ever scare me like that again." She warned and Bradley chuckled at the mini tantrum she was outrightly pulling. "Noticed you were rushing out of the table and being concerned,I came to check up on you." Audrey would have believed Bradley's statements, the times she hadn't seen the revelation about him, but at the moment, she couldn't believe a word he says."I am fine." Audrey replied. She watched as Bradley walked over to meet her. They were the only servants in the kitchen and f
For the first time since she stepped into the room, Audrey had the bravery to finally look up at Hercules and all she saw was red. "Don't you dare look me in the eyes!" He barked and Audrey dropped her head down immediately.Hercules was angry over the fact that he couldn't control his emotions around Audrey and the intention he had at first was to punish her and it appears he couldn't at the moment. "Listen to me carefully girl!" Hercules grabbed her by the neck and this time Audrey knew he was really angry. "The next time you dare disrespect anyone in this mansion or my guest, you will pray to the moon goddess to take your life. Now get out of my sight!" When he released his grip off Audrey, she felt her neck was on fire.Once Audrey was out of sight, Hercules calmed his nerve and despite the conflict he was having with his wolf for placing his hands roughly on their mate, Hercules believed she deserved to be thought a lesson.Audrey was filled with tears as she stepped into May's
Audrey had been informed by May to go get a couple of groceries from the market, a large place in Airpack, known for trading commodities. The moment she stepped foot into the place, there were several seas of heads and for Audrey, she was a little bit claustrophobic. No familiar face could be seen in the market. However, the moment she placed her basket down on one of the counters to obtain the groceries, she noticed someone on the hood that had been stalking her. Audrey was quite suspicious of the stare, which he failed to remove despite knowing she had caught the man."Here are what you ordered for ma'am." She heard the voice of the pack member say, as she was handed over the basket. The moment she took the basket, Audrey turned around and noticed the man running away and for some odd reason, she had the urge to chase after him. Audrey followed the man, after dropping back the basket, she was curious to know why the stranger had been giving her an intense look.Audrey followed the m
The moment they both arrived at the chambers, Alpha Hercules was pacing about in his throne room in deep thought. From his peripheral vision, he sighted two people and when he turned to look, it was his sister and also his mate."I called for you May. I never ask to bring your maid." Audrey was hurt for being placed in the position of a maid, by her mate. The least she expected was a little bit of honor. The Alpha hadn't rejected her, but saw it fit that she serve as a maid in the palace."She is my maid and I have the right to do anything I want with her. Precise...." May stepped a little bit forward. "...She is your mate." She said,"You would not bring such frivolities to my sight again!" Hercules retorted with so much rage. He looked at Audrey and all he could feel for her was irritation."Why have you called me?" May asked."A scene happened at the market today. Apparently, a young man was horrifically killed by a mysterious creature. Many believe this creature would come back fo
Standing before Audrey was the same stranger that had been killed barely a few hours ago. "He was dead when I checked him. His heart was plucked out, coupled with his eye socket." Audrey explained, as Hercules stared down at her. Even May was slowly beginning to doubt what Audrey had revealed to her."I guess you were looking for attention?" Audrey was hurt by Hercules' assumption. Even May had a slight look of disappointment on her face. "Get out of my sight" Hercules declared and slowly and painfully, Audrey crawled her way out of the hallway. She took a slight look at the stranger, whose eyes were on her as well. This was totally impossible! Audrey proclaimed to herself as she stepped into the chamber. She could have sworn that she had seen a creature kill the stranger. The only situation was she didn't know how he was alive.Audrey was sure she was not hallucinating. The door opened minutes later and May stepped in as well. She closed the door behind her and sighed, staring at Aud
