Night of solace

He sat down on the lonely bench in his garden, under the large banyan tree where once Ruby used to sit. The breeze blew lightly, making his strands of hair move here and there, tickling his forehead.

The night was cold, light horn noises of vehicles could be heard from afar. He took a large puff on his cigarette as he looked up in the sterling sky, shining with stars.

He didn't named his son yet, he didn't know what to name him, he never thought that it would be a son.

The baby laid quietly and slept through the night peacefully in his cot, while Amber laid beside him.

What a time it was, for the little child, new born without his mother, but under a shadow of cold hearted father who loved him dearly yet couldn't convey his feelings in a acceptable way. His mother who left him for eternity because she couldn't accept him as her child, after his father committed a sin.

His life was going to be a long journey, a desirable face he inherited from Dawson.
