Chapter 60

I gaze at Alicia in disbelief as she enters our spot with a loving, serene smile on her face. At first, I think I must be dreaming, my eyes blinking multiple times to make sure this isn't an illusion.

It took me a few moments to register why she was here, but when I noticed Adam standing behind her, it clicked that we lived in the same condominium.

Why did I almost forgot about that one information?

“You live here too?”

Her smile suddenly grew wider and she took my hand in hers, our fingers entangling as one. I was about to say something when I suddenly remembered Aiden’s warning.
