Chapter 18: Girls Talk
"Soooo…. you and Matteo?"
Cora asks as she plops down on my bed. We are now in my room after my mom scolded me when my unwanted guest of a mate and Dante left to go.
"There’s no Matteo and I. Haven't you heard, that he was here for your brother?" I deadpanned to her.
She raised her hands in surrender and says "okay." I sat beside her not knowing what to do. In the end, I decided to tell her what happen to Gia and me.
"I'm disappointed a little," I said in a sad tone and she sat up straight putting her hand on my shoulder.
"What happened?"
"Nothing…it's just that Gia was the reason I went to the game and after-party." She frowned a little at my words.
