Immediately my Dad asked me to speak up, everyone adjusted their chairs to hear the bombshell that I was about to drop. I was nervous as hell and my hands were already shaking.

That steak was amazing. I had never ever had anything like it before. Michael Symon is such a great chef. Go check him out. I also got to try out the chef's special when he served Raphael Dominic.
