Chapter 17 - Before the Storm Comes
Most of August passed between my second year of high school preparations and meeting Oliver. It was probably one of the happier months, when I saw everything in very bright colors. Never, not even with Johnathan, had I felt so much happiness, so was sure that I made the right decision. I hadn't talked about it before, but he gave me a reply to my letter, which I sent along with the necklace he gave me. Christmas and New Years Eve passed me much sadder than usual. I started to think not only about Oliver, but also about my mother, and also Luna, whom I left without a word of explanation.
