Chapter 64: A Pool Not Party

WE CAME to a halt in front of a tremendous door with a pool area plaque, which was pushed by two men who had trailed me like a tail before. When the door swung open, a wide area appeared in front of me. I rolled my eyes around and noticed an enormous swimming pool filled with liquid in the center.

Adrastos was the first to arrive, so I took his place right away. I sensed as though a tremendous blast of wind had slammed my body the moment I stepped into this room.

I rotated my eyes all over the place, looking for the source of the powerful breeze I’d felt earlier, but I couldn’t discover anything because all the windows that could allow in fresh air were closed. And also, the men closed the big door immediately after seeing that Adrastos and I had entered.
