Chapter 46 "Pretending as Couple"

“I feel so full. That was the best breakfast ever! Right?” Slyvester said to Ryan as they walked out together from the restaurant.

“I agree that they have delicious food. But the best breakfast? You always said that every single day, Slyv.”

A food lover like Slyv only chuckled. When he looked back at Ryan, he only noticed the bandaid on her left cheek.

“Why do you have bandaid on your cheek? Something happened?”

He raised his hand, but Ryan moved backward before Slyvester could touch the bandaid.

“T-This is nothing,” Ryan, who wanted to hide her pimple from Slyvester, lied. When she turned her head away, she saw a couple walking toward the parking lot.

They were clinging to each other, whispering sweet words.

“Baby, are you a sugar?” the man asked his girlfriend.

“Sugar? Why?”

“Because you’re the only thing that could make my life so sweet.”

The girl hit his shoulder while giggling.

Slyvester and Ryan blinked their eyes. They both caressed their arms, and crept out.
