Juvia POV

“Hey. I hope you hosed yourself off after this morning.” Liam popped his head around the corner, bracing me for throwing something at him I would assume. I was getting to predictable.

“It was all a misunderstanding Liam.” I snapped as he came in and sat beside me. “You wanted to talk?”

He shifted in his seat a little and looked around. “Yeah. But em. I wanted to wait for Leon too. He's in a meeting at the moment.”

“Why are you acting weird?” I glanced at him and he gave me an awkward smile.

“I am not. It's just a weird subject.” He tried to shrug it off but I could tell it was bothering him.

“Fine.” I got up from the table and washed my plate before turning to Liam. “Since we are waiting on Leon to be finished who knows when. You can give me a lift.”

He cocked his head. “A lift? To where? You don't know anywhere.”

“Shannon told me about a little book shop just in one of the small villages. Pepfield?”

“Really? Your dragging me to Pepfield to get books?” He moaned like
