King Remine was back in Monteg. He was standing in the foyer with Queen Gwen and Princess Rada looking at him as though they had just seen a ghost; with Loque Bella and Prince Mangus standing on the side looking on.
"Impossible," Princess Rada said. "You were dead . . . We saw you. There was blood everywhere . . . You were dead."
"I was dead but I came back," King Remine said.
"How?" Prince Mangus asked.
"I guess the fayagan blood in me could not allow me to die and so I came back."
"I didn't know fayagan's could bring themselves back to life," Princess Rada said.
"They can't. You forget that I am half fayagan and half chryzome. My fayagan half can't bring me back to life but my chryzome half can and it did."

In his room Prince Mangus was sleeping peacefully when suddenly someone crept into his room and began to gently shake him awake."Wake up Mangus . . . The fayagans continued fighting with King Remine continuing to get the better of Prince Mangus; biting a chunk out of his neck and whipping him to the ground with his tail."Prince Mangus!" She couldn't see it and so she lifted her hand bag upside down and offloaded its contents onto the floor. Loque Bella blinked and she was back in the forest of Monteg with Prince Callum's sword in her hand and pierced through the back of King Remine. Loque Bella's world went black and quiet. But in that blackness she began to hear something in the distance; a sound that got closer and louder. It was the sound of the wind blowing through the trees.Suddenly opening her eyes, light came to them. Her vision was blurry for a few seconds but then it started to clear up.She was lying on her back with her eyes on the celing. She was in a house by the looks of it a small house, sleeping on a small mattress on the floor.Loque Bella sat up. It was an hour later and Loque Bella was upstairs in the bedroom sitting on her mattress crying to herself. Thinking more to herself about how and why she ended up where she was and completely broken by the fact that she might never see Prince Callum ever again. Just then Marius walked up the stairs with a small tray in his hand; on it was a plate of buttered bread and a cup of tea and placing it on the floor next to her mattress, he then sat down on the bed as a good amount of silence swept. "Are you alright?" he asked. "Of course I'm not alright. I'm wherever the heck I am and I can't go back. You are not who I know you to be and if I meet Prince Callum or any of the others they'll probably not be who I know them to be either so it's over. My life is over.
