Laura. POV
On our way from the station, dad asked if he should drop me to school but I told him my day has been spoiled already, so I just need to go home and rest.
He insisted that what happened shouldn't make me miss classes. I told him there is no way I am going to be okay in class given what just happened now. He knew I was not okay with his decision earlier about me not being friends or allowed to be seen with him anywhere. He knows how much this will break me but I think dad is being over protective. How can he just ban us from being friends just like that.
