Unpredictable Enemy

Leah is holding a wooden photo frame with trembling hands, inside the frame there was a portrait of Damien and Jerome teenagers who were wearing baseball jerseys and seem to be smiling at the camera. The photo was set on an unknown baseball field. Leah closed her eyes, not understanding why Damien had kept that photograph. Leah wanted to ask, but she was afraid, she was all alone in Damien's apartment, and she didn't bring her cell phone. What if Damien did something bad to her?

Leah chose to put the photo frame back in the drawer and act as nothing happened. From the toilet, she walked nervously to the living room where Damien seemed to be putting two cups of freshly brewed coffee on the table.

"I've already called Travis, he'll be here in a few minutes, maybe I should buy that kind of tools just in case your door locks again," Damien said half-jokingly, but Leah didn't laugh at all.
