114: Impatient to Stray Outside The Marriage?

Lizzie smiled and waved at her, then followed Lin Hao to the black Mercedes van parked in the garage. Lin Hao gallantly opened the passenger door for Lizzie, shielding her head from the upper edge of the car door until she was seated. Then, he walked around the car and sat in the driver’s seat, started the engine and slowly drove out of the villa.

Lin Hao did not accelerate much, just slowly drove. Lizzie was looking out of the window when Lin Hao softly called her, “Lizzie."

She turned her head and looked at him, "Hmm."

"What is it? Anything bothering you?" Lin Hao broke the silence, seeing her remain quiet.

"No, nothing. I just don't know what to say," Lizzie gave a faint, gentle smile.

Lin Hao slightly turned his head and glanced at Lizzie but said nothing more. The car resumed its tranquillity until they reached the apartment building.

"Thank you for the ride, Lin," Lizzie smiled and thanked him.

"Lizzie," Lin Hao called out to her who was about to open the door and exit the car.
