MIKAEL My phone rang from it's position on the nightstand. I pulled myself into a sitting position, careful not to awaken Blair. BLAIR Sunlight seeped through the window and cast it's glow in Mikael's room. We were lying on the bed. Kael was asleep and I was wide awake. I hadn't slept a wink throughout the night.
