Damien’s POV

There is a green haze covering the whole clearing and the humming is getting louder, but the haze is too thick to clearly see who or what is making the sound, just a dark form in the center. I took a step in to try and get a better view, I realized very quickly I made a mistake. 

The air thinned out and turned icy cold, my throat constricted and I couldn’t make a sound, but I was still able to take a breath.  My vision started to tunnel and I dropped to my knees as a tall slender figure rose up from the center of the clearing and started to walk towards me.  She has raven black hair that is completely straight and falls to her waist.
