"As we agreed, if I get Nancy, then I'll support you with all I have. That way, you'll at least have me and my grandfather from the Getson family. Even if Yaacob won't side with you, your chances of winning will be much higher."

"I feel like the both of us get along quite well," Benjamin said.

"I think you just feel that way because we're both people who won't stop at anything to get what we want," Julian smiled, holding Nancy tightly in his arms. Shifting her to a more comfortable position, he continued, "I don't like being in someone else's house. After waiting for so long, I think there should be certain measures taken. Do you mind if I take her somewhere else?"

"Please."

At Benjamin's command, none of his men dared prevent Julian from leaving.

Julian carried Nancy away. When they got to his car, he put her in the passenger's seat.

His eyes were fixed on her beautiful face, and he could not resist gently brushing a finger along her chin. He continued downward, past her neck an
