Arnav's POV
I used to come back home early, so she would not feel alone at home. I can unlock this house with a passcode but I used to press the doorbell because she loves to welcome me and I love the moment she eagerly opened the door for me with her adorable smile. As I pressed the doorbell, I was expecting her smiling face and I'm gonna hug her immediately as I have great news for her and she is gonna jump hearing it.
"Sharan..." I opened my arms to embrace her but my words choked up seeing mom at the entrance welcoming me with her warm smile.
"M... mom..." I scratched the back of my neck as it was an embarrassing moment.
