After the doctor had left, Valerie stayed with Stacy, Gina and Brian for a while before announcing her departure, then Gina leaves Brian and Stacy alone together too.

“Hey, you...” Stacy says while only taking side glances at Brian.

“Hey you? Miss Lu Bennet, I’m supposed to be your boyfriend, be good to me”.

“I’ll choose whether or not I’ll be good to you” She replies with a huff making Brian smile slightly but immediately stopped when he noticed her staring at him.

“What are you looking at?” He asked with a cold expression.

“Nothing at all, I’m just wondering what’s so amusing that had you smiling just now”.

“I did not smile, you’re seeing things, anyways your mom is going to get treated very soon, how do you feel?”

“I actually feel really really nervous, but I’m also happy” Stacy said with a sigh then turned to look at Brian and saw him staring intently at her.
