Chapter 107 - Out Of The Blue

Tired and sleepy as she was, she didn't sleep because she still needed to deal with Maureen.

Marty, on the other hand, was completely spent and asleep.

After she took a shower and put on her clothes, she came downstairs. Christine's eyes scanned the living room as she descended the staircase.

There at the bottom of the stairwell, she found two of Marty's trusted people, Greg and Luke anxiously waiting. The servants were nervously waiting for her as well.

Ben was patting Mary's back to pacify her while Evelyn and Maureen were sitting on the couch unfazed.

Christine made a mockery of the brazen attitude of her sister and her mother. She regretted the day she brought them into the capital.

"Who gave Marty a glass of juice?" Christine emanated a cold aura.

Accustomed to her warm personality, all the people in the room were stunned when she emitted a cold aura.

"I - I g - gave the juice," Cielo responded, stuttering and her entire body was trembling. <
