Had been feeling unfair about the fate of a werewolf, Erebus never even thought about getting rid of this identity, ever.

Being able to shift WAS part of him, and he never had even thought about what it would mean to him to lose something like this.

Would he still be himself? Or someone else?

Of course he didn't want to be someone else's slave, but what it would mean to him, to be... ordinary?

To have no strength nor speed that special to anyone?

"You will still have your magic, I'm sure, IF you choose to lift the spell." Kitty said softly with a low voice, as if any sound louder would scare Erebus.

"Thanks." Erebus nodded numbly, "But what it would mean to others...?"

They would just be human again.

But not really "again", cause they never had the chance to be human in the first place.

Then where WERE their place, in such a world?
