Chapter 8

Nickas’s  pov

My classmates started to turn their heads to the direction where the loud noise came from. As I follow their gaze, something caught my attention, it was where my bess supposed to sit but a girl was comfortably sitting in that chair.

‘Who is she and why the heck is she sitting comfortably there?’ I asked myself in disbelief.

It has been 5 minutes since I stared at the girl sitting comfortably in my best friend’s seat in my dismay, she did not even dare to scan where she is.

Meanwhile, I saw prof. lim got something from the floor. I tried to see it from afar and to my shock, it was Dianne’s I.D. I recognized it because of the pink lanyard and her cute printout of her picture. It took me minutes to realize that why on earth her id is here lying in our classroom knowing that she is not around.

Prof. Lim read aloud the name written on the face of the I.D.

“PRINCESS DIANNE CAMPBRIDGE”-
