The misunderstanding and the outburst

Susan has been waiting in the hotel lobby for Mr. Dickson for over half an hour as he left her over there with the excuse of finding out a more quiet place for them to discuss. She then gets worried when she sees him approaching her, flashing a friendly smile. "Sorry for keeping you waiting, Susan," he says, gesturing towards the elevator. "The lobby is too noisy. Let's go to my room."

She cannot understand why a room in a big hotel as this. Susan nods, showing a little hesitant but doesn't want to be rude. As they walk towards the elevator, stepping into it, she feels a pang of apprehension, but pushes it away. She follows him into the room, taking a seat on the couch, while he goes to put a call across to the minibar and orders a couple of drinks.

"I hope you don't mind, Susan," he sarcastically mutters, holding out a glass of whiskey towards her. "It's been a long morning."
