The doctor thought if it was a right thing to tell Isabel or he should keep his mouth shut, desperate people like Cecilia and her mother, might find out that he was the one who made the truth known to Isabel and come for him. He has family that are dependant on him and he hates to get into trouble that may either affect him or his family.

Isabel couldn't thank the doctor enough for helping him place another gauze on her cheek, she stood from the bed after she felt like she was better, she thanked the doctor once more and walked away.
