Ch84: Bad news, bad day

At the G-Stark enterprise…

Ann resumed work as usual but kept an eye out in case Cherry shows up for work. It’s only been a day since the discussion with Susanna and she can’t wait to see what message Susie promised to send out. Earlier that morning Ann received an update from her co-partner through SMS, she informs Ann that plan A was in progress, also detailing to Ann what she is expected to do after the deed has been done.

So, instead of just working as usual, Ann catapults her mind into an evil machine, formulating ideas on how to penetrate Cherry without looking suspicious and risking being exposed.

A moment later Ann sees Rex entering the building, she really put an effort into welcoming him, also making sure her smile was the brightest now that she started using teeth whiteners, it was time to put it to the test. Ann lifts her head high and greets him even though she knew what was coming next.

“Good morning sir.”

“Morning Ann.” He replies without much emotion and continues
