Nick drove her to his apartment, he knew she doesn’t want to go there and he can’t leave her alone. Throughout the ride, Naomi was silent and cried sometimes sitting in the back seat. He has no clue about what Andrei said to her but that must be something important.
They came to his apartment, it’s all the same as the last time she’s here except for the fact that it’s been a year and she has witnessed double murder.
It started raining. Naomi sat on the couch and her hands were shaking because of everything she comes to know. Andrei’s words were like poison, it’s all overhead and messing up her beliefs.
