CHAPTER CCLXXIII: LIE

Angela’s POV

“We would like to visit Prince Lucifer.” Said Christine to the guard of the hospital where Lucifer is being confined for almost two months now. The guard heaved a sigh and faced us, “You can’t go inside.”

“This woman will be the next queen, okay? She is the Prince’s girlfriend so if I were you, I will let us in if you don’t want to lose your job!” Christine yelled.

“C-Christine…”

The guard laughed, “The prince is already at the mansion. He’s been out from this hospital for almost two months now.”

“W-What?!” Christine and I said in chorus. “B-But I thought he’s still here…”

“Hey, are you telling the truth?! Maybe you’re just saying that just so we wouldn’t go back there again, are you?!”

“Even if you look for him inside all day, you will never find him because the prince is already at his mansion, okay?”
