Final Goodbye

“Well, aren’t you a fool?” Lucifer's eyes glance towards the door. Belial stood there looking at him.

“What part of the curse slips through your mind, Lucifer, or what part of it do you not see as real?”

“We will see. This could all be a lie, a way to make me hurt her. Leave, and don’t come back.” Lucifer’s eyes go back to Anais. He will wait and see. That is all he can do.

“You’re giving it all up for a mortal woman? Hell Lucifer, a mortal woman who, let’s be honest, isn’t all that. You could do better. She belongs on the streets.” Belial’s voice is vicious, Lucifer moves quickly, pulling Belial out of the room.

“You’re wrong. Stay away. I don’t care why you feel compelled to come back. Stay the hell away! If this was the way it was meant to be, then it will be. If it drives me to kill her at the end, then so be it.”

Lucifer walks back
