CHAPTER 65 - The Wedding

  I took the stairs carefully and went to the living room. As soon as I walked in, my mother’s eyes filled with tears.

  “You are so beautiful, Aria. You remind me of myself when I married Jason. She turned to my dad and he smiled at her dotingly.

  “I thought I would never see anyone wearing my dress again,” she whispered emotionally, trying to hide her tears behind a wide smile.

  My father hugged her and gave me a look of appreciation, his eyes penetrating my soul. I lowered my head.

  “For an Omega, your looks are misleading, Aria. I could swear that you are a much higher-ranked female. The aura surrounding you is one of a powerful werewolf,” my father commented and I lowered my head again, avoiding his eyes.

  We walked all the way to the pack house and the afternoon breeze caressed my face as Alicia’s voice whispered in my ear.
