It is possible that he could also control my mind. I lowered my head, is there any way I could stop him from doing that to me?

“Are you going to eat with us or what?” I almost flinched after hearing his voice. I looked at what he was doing.

“Why are you serving yourself with the meal I made? That is poisonous for vampires,” I told him, which made him stop.

“Aw, are you concerned about me?” He chuckled before shaking his head, “Don’t worry, I practiced blending in with humans before, especially our targets,”

“I can eat human foods normally because I got used to its taste, though it still tastes pretty bad,” He added.

“Then leave this house and don’t eat anymore,” I casually told him, but he only raised his gaze before shaking his head.

“No, I have a lot of things to tell and ask of you,” He smiled at me as we started eating out meals together.
