Maya recovered from the surprise, quicker than Vivian had expected. She picked up the glass of juice in front of her. "Good for you," she said, as she sipped from the juice, ignoring Vivian.
Vivian glared at her, pissed off by the fact that the shock she was expecting to register deeply in Maya did nothing to faze her. "Listen here," Vivian began, unable to hide her detest any longer.
